About The Position

Domino’s is hiring qualified drivers to deliver food from its franchise stores. The role offers a flexible schedule and requires delivering orders by car to customers’ doors safely and courteously. Drivers are expected to be punctual, energetic, purposeful in their work, professional as representatives of the brand, and effective team members. The position may also involve stocking ingredients from the delivery area to storage and work areas, including coolers. Domino’s offers opportunities for advancement from delivery driver to management, general manager, franchisee, or Corporate Operations.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver’s license and at least two years of driving experience.
Must have a clean driving record and pass a background check.
Must have access to an insured vehicle.
Must have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses in the delivery area.
Must be able to navigate diverse terrain while carrying products.
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Must be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Must be able to communicate and understand verbal and written instructions over the phone or in person.
Must have a positive attitude, energy, punctuality, and a commitment to safe driving.

Responsibilities

Deliver food orders by car to customers’ doors in a safe and courteous manner.
Navigate to addresses within the designated delivery area.
Carry products across varied terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and walk-in or reach-in coolers.
Make correct monetary change.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Communicate and understand verbal and written instructions over the phone or in person.
Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s image standards.
Work as a punctual, purposeful, and cooperative team member.
