About The Position

Braum's Shift Supervisors execute the company's brand strategy and promote its vision, mission, and values to deliver a great customer experience and maximize sales. The role oversees shift operations across the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales. The position reports to the Assistant Manager. The schedule varies according to a rotating three-week schedule, with an expected 45-hour work week. The listed shift is 5:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Hourly compensation is $15.50–$16.00, with an annual equivalent of $38,000–$39,500.

Requirements

At least one year of experience.
Retail experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Customer focus and a strong work ethic with a high standard for integrity.
Positive approach to training, developing, and interacting with team members.
Ability to build a successful team and an environment of trust.

Responsibilities

Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
Oversee shift operations of the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
Participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
Share responsibility for ensuring store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
