About The Position

Braum’s is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead store crew members and help execute the company’s brand strategy, vision, mission, and values. The role focuses on delivering a great customer experience and maximizing sales by supporting the team in achieving unit goals. The supervisor oversees shift operations across food service, the grocery market, and fountain sales, and helps ensure store policies and practices are followed. This position works a rotating three-week schedule, with varying workdays and an expected 45-hour workweek. The shift is 5:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The role reports to the Assistant Manager. Compensation is $14.50–$15.00 per hour, or approximately $35,500–$37,000 annually. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license. A criminal background check and job-fit assessment are required during onboarding.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience.
High school diploma or GED.
At least 21 years old.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
Oversee shift operations for food service, the grocery market, and fountain sales.
Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
Help ensure Braum’s store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
Contribute to achieving unit goals by supporting the team.
