About The Position

Braum’s is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant and food-service operations. The role involves executing the company’s brand strategy and promoting its vision, mission, and values to deliver a strong customer experience and maximize sales. The supervisor helps the team achieve unit goals by recognizing and strengthening each team member’s contribution. The position works an expected 45-hour week, with workdays varying according to a rotating three-week schedule. The stated shift is 5:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The Shift Supervisor reports to the Assistant Manager. Compensation is $14.50–$15.00 per hour, or approximately $35,500–$37,000 annually. A criminal background check and job-fit assessment are part of onboarding.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Valid driver’s license.
Customer focus and a strong work ethic with high standards for integrity.

Ability to build a successful team and an environment of trust.
Ability to adapt to customer and employee needs and store conditions.
Ability to communicate effectively with leadership team members.

Retail experience.

Responsibilities

Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
Oversee shift operations for the food-service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
Participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
Help ensure Braum’s store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
