About The Position

Braum’s is hiring a Shift Supervisor to execute the company’s brand strategy and promote its vision, mission, and values while providing a great customer experience and maximizing sales. The role recognizes the contribution of team members and helps the team achieve unit goals. The Shift Supervisor leads store crew members and oversees shift operations across the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales. The position also supports inventory and supply monitoring, kitchen equipment, safety, cleanliness, and implementation of store policies and practices. The schedule is 5:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with workdays varying on a rotating three-week schedule and an expected 45-hour workweek. The position reports to the Assistant Manager. Hourly compensation is $14.50–$15.00, stated as approximately $35,500–$37,000 annually.

Requirements

At least one year of minimum experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
Oversee shift operations of the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
Participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
Help ensure store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
