About The Position

Braum’s Shift Supervisors execute the company’s brand strategy and promote its vision, mission, and values to deliver a great customer experience and maximize sales. They recognize the importance of employees and strengthen the team’s contributions toward unit goals. The role oversees shift operations across food service, the grocery market, and fountain sales. The position works a rotating three-week schedule with an expected 45-hour work week, on a shift listed as 5:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The Shift Supervisor reports to the Assistant Manager.

Requirements

At least one year of experience.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow practices and procedures.
Retail experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must complete a criminal background check and job-fit assessment as part of onboarding.

Responsibilities

Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
Oversee shift operations for food service, the grocery market, and fountain sales.
Participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
Help ensure that store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
