SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL AND PART TIME)
About The Position
Morrison Healthcare is hiring full-time and part-time Shift Supervisors at Prisma Health Blount Memorial Hospital in Maryville, Tennessee. The role directs associates' activities during a specific shift and oversees completion of assigned job expectations while maintaining company policies and procedures. No prior experience is required, and training is available. The schedule is Monday through Friday, between 6:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.; weekend availability is required. Responsibilities
- Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee completion of assigned job expectations while maintaining policies and procedures.
- Provide training and create work schedules.
- Evaluate workers' performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable work-performance standards.
- Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
- Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
- Mentor and develop employees and encourage them to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
