About The Position

The Shift Supervisor helps keep the store operating smoothly by leading the shift, delegating work, supporting the team, and maintaining high energy and standards. The role supports the store management team and helps Juicers develop while delivering a strong guest experience. Responsibilities include following the Daily Concept Workflow, monitoring store traffic and assigning tasks, overseeing checklists and cleanliness, training new Juicers, handling guest feedback, monitoring sales targets, and managing deliveries. The position is at the 2213 Fillmore St location.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and lead under pressure.
• Passion for people, service, and personal growth.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a team-first mindset.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to lift between 50 and 60 lbs.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, crouch, and squat.
• Must be able to safely handle and use sharp objects.
• Must be able to work near and operate a hot grill.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Daily Concept Workflow is followed by observing store traffic, assigning tasks, and giving feedback to keep the team focused and energized.
• Supervise and delegate daily checklists using the task-monitoring system; maintain a clean and safe store that meets Pink Standards, and report and document issues promptly and honestly.
• Support new Juicers through the Knowledge–Training–Practice–Validation training approach.
• Lead by example to create warm guest interactions and handle in-store feedback professionally with a guest-first approach.
• Monitor commercial targets during the shift, manage deliveries, report accurately, and guide the team in supporting store sales performance.
