About The Position

Domino's Pizza is hiring management team members for assistant manager and shift runner roles. You will be responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You are expected to set an example, follow all company policies and procedures, and expect the same from your crew. The role offers experience and the opportunity to learn skills needed to advance to General Manager. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses, and the company promotes from within.

Requirements

• Ability to learn and follow proven systems.
• Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
