About The Position
Domino’s Pizza is hiring management team members, including shift runners and assistant managers. This is described as a fun and flexible role with opportunities to gain useful work experience and advance within the company. Management team members are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. They are expected to set an example by following all policies and procedures and ensuring the crew does the same. The company promotes from within, and Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses. The pay rate in California is the applicable minimum wage plus $1.00 to $5.00 per hour, depending on experience and longevity with the employer.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to learn and follow proven systems.
- Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills.

- Prior leadership experience is preferred.
