About The Position
Domino’s Pizza is hiring management team members, specifically shift runners and assistant managers. This role is responsible for everything that happens during a shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. Managers are expected to set an example, follow all policies and procedures, and expect the same from their crew. The company describes the work as fun and flexible and offers opportunities to advance toward becoming a General Manager, with the possibility of further advancement within the company. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to learn and follow proven systems.
- Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills.
