About The Position

The Shift Supervisor helps lead store operations and maintain a strong guest experience. The role supports the store management team by coordinating work during the shift, delegating tasks, maintaining standards, and supporting the growth of Juicers. The supervisor helps keep operations smooth, the team engaged, and service consistent.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or team lead role.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to stay calm and lead under pressure.
Passion for people, service, and personal growth.
Proactive, hands-on approach with a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

Ensure the Daily Concept Workflow (DCWF) is followed by observing store traffic, assigning tasks, and giving feedback.
Supervise and delegate daily checklists using the task-monitoring system, maintain a clean and safe store, uphold Pink Standards, and promptly report and document issues.
Support new Juicers through the Knowledge–Training–Practice–Validation training approach.
Lead by example in creating warm, memorable guest interactions and handle in-store feedback professionally with a guest-first approach.
Monitor commercial targets, manage deliveries, report accurately, and guide the team in supporting store sales performance.
