Plum Market - Shift Supervisor
About The Position
Plum Market Shift Supervisors help ensure guest satisfaction through proper employee training and adherence to company standard operating procedures (SOPs). They oversee team members performing a range of tasks, including food preparation, stocking supplies, serving guests, cash-out procedures, Micros and Data Central training, cleaning tables and counters, resetting and bussing tables, greeting guests, and answering questions. The role supports first-class experiences for the traveling public and requires demonstrating Plum Market’s service standards while holding team members to the same standards. Shift Supervisors are also expected to help provide a safe work environment built on trust and respect and free from harassment. Open availability is required Sunday through Saturday, for mornings and nights. Business hours are 5 a.m. to 11 p.m.
