About The Position
Paradies Lagardère is hiring a Shift Supervisor for Aletitude Bar at Asheville Airport. The role is in an airport dining environment and focuses on creating a first-class experience for travelers. Responsibilities
- Greet and acknowledge guests warmly and take their drink and food orders within 30 seconds of entry.
- Accurately total, process, and collect guest payments using the point-of-sale system.
- Handle cash and process credit and debit card payments, make change, and follow the company’s Cash Handling and Loss Prevention Standard Operating Procedures.
- Know the restaurant’s menu and products and make recommendations suited to guests’ needs, especially when asked about potential food allergens.
- Help create and deliver first-class experiences for the traveling public.
- Uphold high safety and health standards to maintain a comfortable environment for customers.
