About The Position

Paradies Lagardère is seeking a Shift Supervisor for Aletitude Bar at Asheville Airport. The role is in an airport retail and dining environment and focuses on delivering a welcoming, knowledgeable, and first-class experience to guests. Employees are expected to uphold safety and health standards and contribute positively to the community and environment.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and acknowledge guests, and take their drink and food orders within 30 seconds of entering the concept.
• Accurately total, process, and collect guest payments using the point-of-sale system.
• Handle cash, process credit and debit card transactions, and make change in compliance with company cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
• Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant’s menu and products.
• Recommend menu items to guests based on their needs, particularly when asked about potential food allergens.
• Create and deliver first-class experiences for the traveling public.
