About The Position

As a Shift Supervisor, you will help create a warm, welcoming coffeehouse where coffee can spark connection and brighten customers’ days. You will lead each shift with craft and care, support the team, and help provide quality beverages and food products while meeting store operating policies and standards. The role includes preparing and coaching the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customer customizations, and directing or coordinating other employees’ work.

Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Be available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations.
At least six months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with and fulfillment of customer requests.
At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating tasks of two or more employees.
Ability to direct the work of others.
Ability to learn quickly.
Effective oral communication skills.
Knowledge of the retail environment.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service and fulfill customer requests.
