About The Position

As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead with craft and care to make the coffeehouse a warm and welcoming space for the community. Requirements

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality beverage and food production, cash handling, and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• At least six months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with customers and fulfillment of their requests.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others.

Responsibilities

• Direct and delegate the work of other employees.
• Coordinate tasks for two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized customer requests.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
• Provide customer service by interacting with customers and fulfilling their requests.
