About The Position

The Barista creates a warm and welcoming customer experience by preparing coffee, beverages, and food while engaging with customers and helping make each visit meaningful. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication, and preparing items according to standard recipes or customer customizations. Baristas may perform a variety of tasks during each shift and are expected to follow store operating, quality, cash-handling, safety, and security standards. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
• Meet store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, safety, and security.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
