Requirements

• No previous experience is required.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Meet store operating policies and standards, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards, including cash-handling and safety and security practices.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customization requests, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substituted ingredients.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Follow oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
• Work as part of a team and build relationships.
