About The Position

The Barista helps create a warm, welcoming space where coffee and customer interactions spark connection. In a fast-paced store environment, the role focuses on engaging with customers, responding to their needs, and preparing quality beverages and food to standard recipes or customized orders. Baristas may perform a variety of tasks during each shift and are expected to follow store operating, cash-handling, safety, and security standards. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products while meeting store operating policies and standards.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
