Responsibilities

• Follow store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, handling cash, and maintaining store safety and security.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Work as part of a team and build relationships.
