About The Position

As a Shift Supervisor, you lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a warm, welcoming space for the community. The role involves preparing and coaching the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized to customers’ requests, and directing or coordinating the work of other employees. Requirements

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Have at least six months of experience in a position involving constant customer interaction and fulfilling customer requests.
• Have at least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating tasks for two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Effective oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of the retail environment.
