About The Position

As a Shift Supervisor, you lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a warm, welcoming space for the community. The role includes preparing and coaching the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customer-customized specifications, and helping ensure store policies and standards are met. Requirements

At least six months of experience in a role involving constant interaction with customers and fulfilling their requests.
At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
Ability to direct the work of others.
Ability to learn quickly.
Effective oral communication skills.
Knowledge of the retail environment.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to build relationships.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities
