About The Position

Braum's Shift Supervisors execute the company's brand strategy and promote its vision, mission, and values to deliver a great customer experience and maximize sales. They recognize the importance of employees and strengthen the team's contribution toward unit goals. The position oversees shift operations across the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales. The schedule varies according to a rotating three-week schedule, with an expected 45-hour work week. The shift listed is 2:00 pm to close. The role reports to the Assistant Manager.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience.
Retail experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Customer focus and a strong work ethic with high standards for integrity.
Positive approach to training, developing, and interacting with team members.
Ability to build a successful team and an environment of trust.
Ability to adapt to customer and employee needs and store conditions.
Ability to communicate effectively with leadership team members.
Follow-up and follow-through discipline; ability to initiate action and achieve goals.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow practices and procedures.
A criminal background check and job-fit assessment are required as part of onboarding.

Responsibilities

Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
Oversee shift operations for the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
Participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
Share responsibility for ensuring store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
