About The Position

Braum’s Shift Supervisors execute the company’s brand strategy and promote its vision, mission, and values to provide a great customer experience and maximize sales. They support team contributions toward unit goals by recognizing the importance of employees. The role oversees shift operations across food service, the grocery market, and fountain sales. The position reports to the Assistant Manager. The schedule is 2:00 p.m. to close, with workdays varying according to a rotating three-week schedule and an expected 45-hour workweek. Hourly compensation is $15.50–$16.00, with an annual equivalent of $41,500–$43,500. A bonus is paid biweekly.

Requirements

At least 1 year of minimum experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Must be at least 21 years old.

Retail experience.

Responsibilities

Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
Oversee shift operations of the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
Help monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness.
Share responsibility for ensuring store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
