About The Position

Braum’s is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead store crew members and support the company’s brand strategy, vision, mission, and values. The role focuses on delivering a strong customer experience, maximizing sales, and helping the team achieve unit goals. The Shift Supervisor oversees shift operations across food service, the grocery market, and fountain sales, and helps monitor inventory, supplies, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness. The position also shares responsibility for implementing and following store policies and practices. The schedule varies by a rotating three-week schedule, with an expected 45-hour work week. The stated shift is 2:00 p.m. to close. The position reports to the Assistant Manager. Compensation is $15.50–$16.00 per hour, with an annual equivalent of $40,500–$42,500. A bonus program is offered, with bonuses paid bi-weekly.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
Oversee shift operations of the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
Participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
Share responsibility for ensuring store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
