About The Position

Braum’s Shift Supervisors execute the company’s brand strategy and promote its vision, mission, and values to deliver a great customer experience and maximize sales. The role includes leading store crew members and helping the team achieve unit goals. The supervisor oversees shift operations across the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales, while monitoring inventory, supplies, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed. The position also shares responsibility for ensuring store policies and practices are implemented and followed. The work schedule varies according to a rotating three-week schedule, with an expected 45-hour work week. The listed shift is 2:00 p.m. to close. The position reports to the Assistant Manager. Hourly compensation is $15.50–$16.00, with an annual equivalent listed as $39,500–$41,000. The bonus program pays bonuses bi-weekly.

Requirements

At least 1 year of minimum experience.
Retail experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Must be at least 21 years old.
