About The Position

Braum's Shift Supervisors execute the company's brand strategy and promote its vision, mission, and values to provide a great customer experience and maximize sales. They support the team's contribution toward unit goals by teaching, coaching, and leading store crew members. The role oversees shift operations across food service, the grocery market, and fountain sales, and helps monitor inventory and supplies, kitchen equipment, safety, cleanliness, and adherence to store policies and practices. The position works a rotating three-week schedule with varying workdays and an expected 45-hour workweek. The shift is listed as 2:00 pm to close. The Shift Supervisor reports to the Assistant Manager.

Requirements

At least 1 year of minimum experience.
High school diploma or G.E.D.
Must be at least 21 years old.

Retail experience.
A criminal background check and job-fit assessment are required as part of onboarding.

Responsibilities

Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
Oversee shift operations of the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
Participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
Share responsibility for ensuring store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
