About The Position

Braum's Shift Supervisors execute the company's brand strategy and promote its vision, mission, and values to provide a great customer experience and maximize sales. They recognize the importance of team members and strengthen the team's contribution toward unit goals. This role oversees shift operations across the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales. The schedule varies according to a rotating three-week schedule, with an expected 45-hour workweek. The position reports to the Assistant Manager. Hourly compensation is $15.50–$16.00, with annual compensation stated as $42,000–$44,500. A bonus program is offered, with bonuses paid bi-weekly. A criminal background check and job-fit assessment are required during onboarding.

Requirements

At least 1 year of minimum experience.
Retail experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
Oversee shift operations for the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
Participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
Share responsibility for ensuring store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
