About The Position

As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead with craft and heart to create a warm, welcoming coffeehouse for the community. You will help make each shift an opportunity to brighten customers’ days and create meaningful connections. The role includes preparing and coaching the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized customer requests, while meeting store operating policies and standards.

Requirements

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Have at least six months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with and fulfillment of customer requests.
• Have at least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating tasks for two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Effective oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of the retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities
