About The Position

As a Shift Supervisor, you will help create a warm and welcoming coffeehouse where each cup of coffee can spark connection. You will lead with craft and heart, helping make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community. The role includes preparing and coaching the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized customer requests, and directing or coordinating the work of other employees.

Requirements

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be available to work flexible hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety and security.
• At least six months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with and fulfillment of customer requests.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating tasks for two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Effective oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of the retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities
