About The Position

As a Shift Supervisor, you will help create a warm and welcoming coffeehouse where customers can connect. You will lead each shift with craft and care, support the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications, and help make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community. The role requires directing and coordinating other employees’ work while meeting store operating policies and standards.

Requirements

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including those for quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security.
• At least six months of experience in a position involving constant interaction with customers and fulfilling their requests.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Effective oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of the retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to build relationships.
