SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)
About The Position
The Shift Supervisor directs associates’ activities during an assigned shift and ensures job expectations are met while company policies and procedures are maintained. The role includes training associates, preparing work schedules, evaluating performance, and addressing employee requests or complaints. The supervisor may also mentor employees and encourage their professional advancement. This position is based at the Capital One Cafe at The Plaza Capital One in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. It is a full-time position with a fixed pay rate of $20.00 per hour, plus tips. Open availability is preferred; hours and days may vary.

Responsibilities
- Direct associates’ activities during an assigned shift and ensure assigned job expectations are completed while maintaining policies and procedures.
- Provide training and create work schedules.
- Evaluate workers’ performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable work-performance standards.
- Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
- Serve as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
- Mentor and develop employees and encourage them to set goals and pursue advancement within the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
