About The Position

As a Shift Supervisor, you will help create a warm and welcoming coffeehouse where customers can connect and have a positive experience. You will lead each shift with craft and heart, prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized customer requests, and support the store’s operating policies and standards.

Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Be available to work flexible hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality, cash handling, safety, and security requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.
At least six months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with and fulfillment of customer requests.
At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
Ability to direct the work of others.
Ability to learn quickly.
Effective oral communication skills.
Knowledge of the retail environment.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to build relationships.
