About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example and supports store team members in delivering welcoming, high-quality customer service. The role involves engaging customers, preparing food and beverages to their specifications, coaching team members, maintaining product availability and merchandising, and keeping store, kitchen, and dining areas clean. The posting notes an additional $1.50 per hour for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Applicants must be at least 18 years old; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be 21 or older for certain tasks. Requirements
