About The Position

A Starbucks Barista helps create a warm and welcoming space where coffee fosters connection and everyday interactions brighten customers’ days. The role suits someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Baristas prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications, engage with customers, and perform a variety of store tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Follow store operating policies and standards, including standards for beverage and food quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customization, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredients.
• Perform a variety of different tasks within the store during each shift.
