About The Position

The Cashier is the face of the store and provides exceptional customer service to help ensure each guest has a positive shopping experience. The role includes greeting customers, supporting retail sales, and accurately handling point-of-sale transactions. The cashier also helps maintain the store and gas pumps, including stocking, cleaning, and keeping the premises neat and organized. Candidates should be friendly, dependable, customer-focused, effective communicators, and able to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling includes evenings, weekends, and holidays on a rotational basis. The position has no supervisory responsibilities. The work environment typically has a moderate noise level. The physical demands include standing for long periods and being able to lift up to 45 pounds, stand, stoop, lift, wipe, reach, and type without assistance.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 45 pounds, as well as stand, stoop, lift, wipe, reach, and type without assistance.
