About The Position
The C-Store Cashier provides customer service and supports a positive shopping experience by greeting customers, handling point-of-sale transactions, and helping maintain the store. The role requires a friendly, dependable, customer-focused person who communicates effectively, works well under pressure, multitasks, and contributes to a positive team environment. Flexible hours are required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays on a rotational basis. The work environment usually has a moderate noise level. Physical demands include standing for long periods and the ability to lift up to 45 pounds, stand, stoop, lift, wipe, reach, and type without assistance.

- Ability to read and interpret documents in English, including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to read and communicate verbally in English; written English communication may also be required.
- Ability to use common-sense understanding to carry out written, oral, or diagrammed instructions and handle problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and greet customers.
- Maintain the store's appearance so it is clean, neat, and organized.
- Process accurate point-of-sale customer transactions.
- Stock and clean the store.
- Maintain the cleanliness and management of the gas pumps and the exterior appearance of the store.
- Support team members and promote a positive team environment.
Benefits
- $500 sign-on bonus for new employees, paid as $225 after 30 days, $175 after 60 days, and $100 after 90 days of employment.
