Shift GSOC Supervisor
About The Position
The Shift SOC Supervisor helps maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by providing centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording, intrusion detection system alarm monitoring, emergency dispatch, incident reporting and analysis, and remote alarm panel programming. The role is part of Securitas, a global security company whose work is guided by the values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness. Experience in call center, dispatch, or camera monitoring roles may be relevant, though the position is also presented as an introduction to a security-industry career.
