The Shift SOC Supervisor helps maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by providing centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording, alarm monitoring of intrusion detection systems, emergency dispatch, incident reporting and analysis, and remote alarm panel programming.
