About The Position

Requirements
- One to three years of management in a high volume restaurant preferred, QSR experience strongly preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Qualified candidates must have excellent customer service and employee relation skills.
- Must be detail oriented with the capability to oversee restaurant operations and multiple areas simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
- Must be able to perform under pressure in a high volume restaurant including moving and responding quickly for long periods of time.
- Interact with the public and co-workers constantly during shifts.
- Must be able to work in and out of different temperature ranges.
- Capability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must have excellent customer service skills, exhibit good manners, proper personal hygiene, positive attitude, and promptness.

- Previous restaurant or leadership experience is a plus, but we also value individuals who demonstrate strong leadership potential.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support team members during assigned shifts.
- Create a welcoming environment where guests receive friendly, efficient service.
- Coordinate employee assignments, breaks, and daily responsibilities to keep operations running smoothly.
- Train and coach team members to build confidence, improve performance, and maintain high standards.
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, safety, and customer service meet Dairy Queen standards.
- Assist with food prep, serving customers, operating registers, and working the drive-thru as needed.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and work to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate cash handling and shift accountability procedures.
- Communicate effectively with restaurant management and ownership.
- Set a positive example through teamwork, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
