About The Position

The Crew Member represents the Dairy Queen brand and provides welcoming, timely, and quality service to guests. The role prepares food accurately and in accordance with restaurant, health, and safety standards; operates and maintains restaurant cooking equipment safely; and completes preparation, stocking, and grill-area setup. Crew Members help resolve guest concerns, work cooperatively with management and teammates, and maintain a positive, safe, clean, and inviting environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Dairy Queen brand professionally.
• Enthusiastically greet and welcome guests.
• Exceed guest expectations by providing timely, quality, guest-first service.
• Prepare food quickly and accurately according to restaurant, health, and safety standards.
• Safely operate and maintain restaurant equipment, including grills, fryers, freezers, and other cooking equipment.
• Complete assigned preparation work for stocking and setting up the grill area.
• Resolve guest concerns calmly and follow Dairy Queen's service recovery standards.
• Work cooperatively with management and fellow team members.
• Maintain a positive, safe, clean, and inviting environment for guests and team members.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
