About The Position

The Environmental Services Shift Manager at Bellagio provides leadership for daily EVS/PAD operations and helps maintain cleanliness, presentation, and the overall guest experience throughout the property. The role supports team members, works with leadership and frontline teams, drives service standards, and helps ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced resort environment. The position contributes to creating a clean, welcoming environment and memorable guest experiences.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of prior relevant experience.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

• EVS/PAD management experience, preferably in a similar Forbes Travel Guide 5-Star or AAA 5-Diamond resort.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for the assigned shift while providing professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Conduct frequent inspections of public areas, offices, back-of-house areas, and the casino to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Use scheduling and labor management knowledge to support efficient operations.
• Apply organizational, leadership, training, and coaching skills while working effectively under time constraints and maintaining attention to detail.
