About The Position

The Shift Manager oversees daily operations during assigned shifts at Kitchen 81 Cafe, ensuring exceptional service and a positive experience for guests and team members. The role supervises front- and back-of-house staff, supports a safe and welcoming environment, and helps maintain service standards and operational performance. The position is full-time in Terral, Oklahoma, with a stated hourly pay range of $14.00–$17.00. Travel is negligible, and the shift is listed as any.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to obtain a Gaming license.
Must be able to obtain an ABLE license.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience in the hospitality, beverage, or food service industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand, walk, and work in a high-volume environment for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate staff activities during assigned shifts, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
Train and mentor team members to uphold service standards and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Manage inventory by ordering and receiving supplies and monitoring stock levels.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly, working to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties.
Monitor performance metrics, including sales and labor costs, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
Maintain a professional appearance by adhering to the establishment's dress code.
