About The Position

Jersey Mike’s Subs is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team in a fast-paced, team-driven restaurant environment. The role focuses on producing high-quality food, delivering the Jersey Mike’s experience, developing team members, enforcing policies and procedures, and maintaining cleanliness and proper sanitation. The position pays $17 to $18 per hour plus tips and is expected to work 35–40 hours per week. The Shift Leader performs opening and closing tasks, follows operational checklists, and leads a crew of 2 to 5 people per shift.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of QSR experience.
• ServeSafe certification; Food Handler certification is a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven atmosphere.
• Expected to work 35–40 hours per week.
