About The Position
Brewtopia, a franchise group bringing 7 Brew to Western New York and Southeast Michigan, is hiring a Shift Leader. The Shift Leader guides a team of 7–10 Brewistas, supports smooth shift operations, and learns how to run a business. The role contributes to building the team culture, operating systems, and guest experience as the franchise expands. 7 Brew emphasizes kindness, connection, community, operational excellence, people-first leadership, and a high-energy drive-thru experience.
Requirements
