About The Position

The Shift Leader supports daily operations at WhiteWater Express, assists with team oversight, serves customers, and helps ensure the wash operation runs smoothly throughout the shift. This is an active, non-desk role involving time on your feet, customer support, team leadership, and maintaining the site and wash quality. Paid training is provided, and car wash experience is not required. The role offers opportunities to advance into management, and many managers started as Shift Leaders.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Must pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
