About The Position

The General Manager leads a Five Guys restaurant, creating a positive workplace for the team and delivering a strong customer experience through great food and service. The role includes responsibility for restaurant financial results and is eligible for performance-based bonuses focused on food safety, financial success, and customer experience. General Managers are eligible for up to 12 weeks of paid Family Bonding Leave, based on time with the company, with immediate eligibility upon hire. The listed starting pay is $70,000 annually.
