About The Position

The Shift Lead supports daily restaurant operations by guiding team members, ensuring operational standards are met, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role acts as the leader on duty and works closely with management to maintain performance, quality, and service standards.

The position is with Sizzling Platter LLC at Little Caesars in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and is listed as full-time or part-time. It is classified as non-exempt and eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. The stated pay range is $12.75 per hour to $12.75 per hour; actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, location, and business needs.

The role operates in a restaurant environment with exposure to heat, noise, kitchen equipment, and fast-paced operations. Team members are expected to follow safety procedures and use appropriate protective equipment. Responsibilities

• Lead and support Crew Members during shifts to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Provide coaching, direction, and real-time feedback to team members.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure product quality, accuracy, and presentation meet company standards.
• Monitor and enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness requirements.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting.
• Delegate tasks effectively to maintain productivity during peak business periods.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Step into Crew Member responsibilities as needed to support operations.
