About The Position

Flex is seeking an HR Lead in Columbia, South Carolina. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, this role supports senior HR professionals in developing, deploying, and continuously improving HR programs and policies. The HR Lead supports employee life-cycle activities, helps deliver local HR initiatives, coordinates aspects of training, organization development, and employee relations programs under direct supervision, and provides clerical support to the HR department. The role works with managers, employees, and HR Centers of Excellence and serves as a liaison on matters related to site operations.

Requirements

Typically requires 1–2 years of experience.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Ability to work on and complete routine and repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

Support employee life-cycle activities with managers and employees, including onboarding and new employee orientation.
Assist with the Axiom Culture, Ways of Working, and Business Experiences.
Partner with HR Centers of Excellence on global initiatives at the local level.
Prepare HR and employee information in HR systems and compile employee records and documentation.
Assist, under direct supervision from HR Management or senior HR professionals, with coordinating or administering training, organization development, and employee relations programs.
Serve as a liaison between managers, direct employees, core associates, and contract associates on various issues, including communicating policies, practices, and procedures related to the organization and site operations.
Assist in implementing group-wide HR policies and procedures.
Provide clerical support to the HR department.
